Pregnant..but would i ge single parent benefits???

Hi Im 22 and 15 weeks pregnant..I live with my parents and class myself as goin to be a single parent...would i get full single parent benefits while living with parents? as they both work.

you would not get some of the benefits:  housing benefit is normally withheld if you are living with a family member.

yes go to your local job centre, they will then put you in touch with your local social security office, which will then send you out a form for income support, also if your parents house does not have the rooms to accomodate you and your new born baby got to your local council and they will put you on their housing list, although you will not get a property until the child is born.  which if you are in reciept of benifits you will get your council tax and housing benifits.  Although you live at home with your parents, they are not the parents of the child.
