Ebay resolution not resolved

I opened an Ebay resolution and they were supposed to be getting back to me by today (I pre-ordered an X Box game and the seller was unable to fufil my order - he promised to reimburse everyone ASAP - this was at the start of November). As Ebay have not got back to me what should I do know (and how)? Thanks

Hi Naz - I have looked on Paypal and can't see how to do it, it just says go to the resolution centre on E Bay.

Hi Naz - apparently I cannot open a case with Paypal as I have already opened one with EBay.

Chase up eBay, then, sherrard, use the Contact Us facility in the Resolution Centre.
