I'm sorry but I don't understand some of your points- for example what do you mean by "get my yellow money out"?
Was it your bank's staff that were laughing at you or the HP company staff?
Maybe you inadvertently signed up for some sort of insurance /payment protection plan which accounts for the extra money.

If you have signed a direct debit for the instalments then the bank are duty bound to pay what the HP company ask for - it is therefore the HP company you should be chasing. Do it in writing so you have a record of it, send them a copy of your bank statement showing all the incorrect payments, demand that they correct it.

well its advance money if you pay too much it goes into your 'advance-money' and this is no error whatsoever, it was the HP company that was laughing & making comments & i havent signed up for any other payments, its £20 a week and ive been paying it nearly 2 years and they have only just decided too mess my payments about.
