has anybody had dealings with Unsecured Loan Company.they are brokers with a fee
of £59. can they guarantee a loan?

Sorry, I was expecting an ad to follow until I realised you were an AB regular.
I can't see how they can guarantee a loan. The only guarantee is that you will pay them £59.
you give them £59 and theyll either be unable to get you one or find something with a ridiculous interest rate i reckon.
More often that not though they wont actually get you anything just pocket the £59
No. Heard of cases where people have gone to such firms and got nothing except the fee to pay. I say "to pay" although I should imagine they collect up front.
these charaltans do not do loans, end of. They are brokers who claim to be able to get you a loan for a fee, obviously they can't because if they could you wouldn't need them because you could get one yourself. Do not touch with a bargepole, they'll rip you off.
Yes, they will no doubt pocket the £59 then say they couldn't find you anything.
