If you want to claim tax credits/ child tax credits, is there anywhere you can go to talk to/ fill in the forms with an advisor.

Citizens Advice Bureau are excellent.You can find your nearest branch at

If you go to the nearest tax office they have staff to help you fill it in then they take care of the rest
