I am a member of a private members club and we have a Friday night jackpot draw which involves selling tickets and then a draw is made the winner has to complete a game akin to the "play your cards right" game on TV. The prize currently stands at �1250 and increases by �25 per week until it is won. Now some people seem to think that there is some sort of legal limit to how big the prize can get. Various figures are mentioned but it all sounds a bit like urban myth to me. Does anyone actually know if there is a limit and what it is.
