Shell Points Edemption Vouchures Lost In Poat

I should have received £10 of vouchure in Mar of this year and has gone to the thin air. And now I should have received another vouchure end of May this year. So someone has taken them ?

Actually I am not surprised at all as my other non valuable mail also gone missing in Nov of every year for the last 5 years or more. The non valuable mail is a magazine with a diary enclosed but visible from the outside . Therefore people will know it is useful for them. Up until recently I didn't wanted to make a fuss about missing magazine and diary. But now it comes to losing money...And what else am I losing without my knowledge.


So how do I tack down this culprit?

Do you live in a dwelling where others could access your mail?

No one could access my mail as i am the only person lives in my house. Only the mail delivery person have access to my mail.

You need to make a formal complaint to the Royal Mail about missing mail.

I'm surprised at the annual regular occurrence of this, every November for 5 years?


I suppose some places have the same postie for years though, hope you get it sorted.

I just had a look at Royal Mail website about compensation and item lost. They stipulated that money should not be sent. The Shell points are considered money? If so, they probably say it is the senders fault as they should not send money.
