sivam, the missing word is "canning". You will find "peel" in the bottom left hand corner, starting with "p" in the bottom row, 4th in from the left and going north west :)

Oh dear. I don't normally do this puzzle but after I saw your question I dug the paper out of the recycling bin and did it for you. It was the last possible of all the c's and p's that I looked at!
