Please don't (drink more) it won't help.
It depends on how the break-up came about and your feelings for your wife at the time. I've 3 major breakups, 1st he left me but it became the most enlightening time and I found my independence but I was young. 2nd I left and just felt totally relieved. 3rd my heat was broken and had a really rough time. I totally agree with woofgang, don't drink, it won't help in the long term, just take each day at a time and it will get easier.
Don't drink, it doesn't help.... you have to work through it. It's hard. Even if you were the person who did the leaving, it's still horrible. Other people's reactions are hard to handle too, particularly if they didnt know that you were having problems.

We took out a separation order so it made it very clear who had the right to keep what in the house etc. - when we later divorced, that made things very much easier. It's seems a cold thing to do, but its sensible. Much may depend, however, on the circumstances of your split....
Drinking is definately not the answer, obviously don't know all the circumstances, but on the down days, try and do something to keep you occupied, walking is good, do you have a dog, or know of somebody who would be grateful to have their dog walked, kill two birds with one stone, good deed, and keep you busy. X Chin up hon. X
Well you won't find the answers in the bottom of a bottle. I have myself been through separation and divorce having just had a baby too. It is hard and you sometimes feel like your world is being thrown up-side-down. I found my family and close friends support helped a great deal. My sister had counselling when her husband left her and she said that it helped her. Everyone is different so I say try a few things and see what helps you the most. Trust me it does get easier as time goes on. All the best. x

You can find the source from the contradiction analysis, see what who. But as a husband, you should take the initiative to admit mistakes very gentleman, or you can find your wife's friends, between you and your wife when the bridge, slowly affect your wife, let her know you love her
