Council sued by autistic boys family

I heard of a case where Doncaster Council was sued by the family of an aspergers syndrome boy. The case was won and lost until it finally reached the House of Lords. the family eventually won the case, but I can't find much more on it, I need further information on this, a newspaper article ANYTHING?? ANYONE!!

I have tried everywhere I can think of. I have spent days searching the internet for this case. The family name was Collins ( I Think) my ex is trying to do the same thing to the same council, but we need a precedence, which we have but can't find information on. I know it happened becasue I spoke to the mother myself a couple of years ago.
