As sugested earlier, contact your health visitor, but also bear in mind that feeling low is honestly VERY NORMAL . I know you had pnd before, and you aer probably having it to some degree now, but you know how, what and why that happens. Put yourself back in that place when you first had PND. Is it he same? Question how it feels and why you feel that way....Is there anything you have the power to change? and Those tings you cant change, get help with...sometimes it feels like we can't do stuff, all we need is somone to help with the most mundane of things which allows us to get on with the big stuff. if the loos cleaned, thats one less worry! -you need to get on with the day to day crap ,enjoy your kids ,Take strength and put yourself in the day to day world. you are a mum, but you exist seperately to that as an independant person ..nurture both parts honey!!!!
