what are the reasons for her not allowing access? In my experience the courts would only agree with this if the children were at risk of some sort, wether that being you have ever been violent, or have toyed around with the children emotionally i.e. by not turning up to collect them when you agree etc. You say you pay maintenance, and if your name is on the birth certificate then you DO have equal rights. however if you have done any of the above then she is perfectly within her rights to stop the access until you prove yourself to the courts. Hve you at least spoke to a solisitor? in my case i was able to get it all on legal aid. good luck!
