How do you get correction fluid off a school blazer?

I wasnt sure where to post this but here goes,my son has come home from school with white correction fluid on his green blazer and navy shirt ( I know, what a lovely combination!) Any ideas how to get it off?

If it's water based, it'll wash out, but my son got a patch of it which wasn't. Someone suggested rubbing it gently with a cloth soaked in vodka, and then putting it in hte washing machine. I did - and it worked.
is that what he says it is correction fluid?
Typical of son to leave you to clean up but not to share the sniff!

Where is he.......enjoying his hallucination?

I managed to get the stain out with some white spirit, thanks for the tip.
