hi ive been living abroad for 22 years now i have a little girl ,who was born in spain ,,im british,i want oto come home to england to live as my ex is giving me trouble and im scared,im not working,and im living on pitence a month,,,i have no family,..im on my own please help ,...what rights would i have and help if i came home ,,i would be literaly cming home,and homeless from the airport with nowere to go ????what would i do??

you would have a right to register for a gp and a dentist (although you would have to prove you are here for a legal and settled purpose)

have you no friends in the UK that you can stay with until you find work and a place to rent.

If you feel you are in danger from someone and the police are not helping you, I suggest you go to the nearest British Consultate and ask for help.
