18 th Birthday pressie

My youngest neice is going to be 18, she is very spoilt and has always had not only the best of everything but also whatever she wants. I want to get her something for her 18th birthday which is different but that will also last, something she can keep. For my other neice I did a book called Wise Words and asked friends etc to give me their favourite bits of advice etc. She appreciated that whereas this neice is a completely different kind of person and has made it very clear she does not want anything like that. She sounds like a spoilt ungreatful brat, sorry but thats how you've painted her.
So how about arranging for her to spend a day with disadvantaged kids or with the homeless.
I feel she needs to be taught that not everyone can get what they want!
Sorry if i sound a little harsh.
Kids these days seem to want, want, want, and if they don't get what they want then all hell breaks loose.
