Can anybody in the Huddersfield area help me please? A baby member of our family died in the Princess Royal Maternity Home in November, 1942. I know that this hospital no longer exists, having closed in 1986.

We are keen to know where the baby was buried & wonder how we can find out.

Any help or suggestions will be most gratefully received.

DSJ there was a very similar question asked on here, though it was about a Kent hospital in the 1960s, but the replies would really help you in finding the records for this hispital's infant deaths. I will try to find the thread and post a link here.
