toddler spots

My daughter is 3 and will be 4 years soon. She is teething, has a light temprature, has been sick and feels a bit better but there are a few red like spots round her chin and cheeks, I have done the glass test and all is well, but confused about the spots.

This is normal when children are teething - can't explain why it happens and nor could the doctor when I asked about it but there's absolutely nothing to worry about.
