Hi.. my little boy has always been one for sleeping on his tummy.. im the same.. but recently during the night he seems to fidget a lot and ends up on his side. Also.. I have noticed in the last 3 days he's had quite a hard tummy.. hes a very regular fella.. so im not sure he's constipated. But he does strain to get it out! He pretty much always burps. He still has plenty of tummy time during the day and nothing seems to bother him! Infact hes generally a very happy chap! Any ideas please??

Plenty fluids and fruit ?? If he is a bit sluggish try tummy massage (Google for how to) - bath time is best.
Hello JM. One of my children used to suffer from really bad colic and trapped wind when she was tiny. The only way I could help her pass wind was by lying her on her back, gently holding her ankles and move them as if she was swimming breast stroke, like frogs legs. It may not be the answer for your son but maybe worth a try. Hope he is better soon.
