My boyfriend and I are becoming very serious. He has a daughter of 5 from his previous marriage. I have not yet met her but he wants to introduce us soon. What should she call me?

Just by your first name I reckon.  I think having some sort of 'mum'  or 'auntie' variant might be confusing for her. 

My half brothers met my mum when they were 5 and 7 and they have always just called her by her first name.  Now their children officially do the same, but generally lapse into calling her granny, so maybe some other name indicating your step-mothery status may evolve over time.

just by your first name is fine.  My boyfriend has a five year old son and he calls me by my first name.  We get on great and as long as you dont push to hard you find that she will be responsive to you.

My girlfriend has a 6 year old son and I've been with her for 3 years (3 years yesterday come to think of it) And he just calls me by my first name. Best thing for it I think.

If it were me, I'd want her to call me by my first name.

By your first name anything else will confuse her she already has a mummy and calling you aunt or anything else will make more questions that will need answering! i have a 5 year old step daughter and she just calls me Emma and we get on fine, she knows I'm Daddys girlfriend but she does get confused sometimes as why Mummy cant be Daddys girlfriend anymore and why cant Mummy and Daddy take her out together but we explain it and say that Daddy doesnt go out with Mummu any more and that they are just friends now and shes fine with it, it can take time for it to sink in but they catch on quick!!
