"Where is Pointer? Where is Pointer?
Here I am! Here I am!
How are you today sir? Very well I thank you!
Run away! Run away?"
Same with Pinky and Thumbkin, but I don't remember names for the digits referred to above as Toby Tall and Ruby Ring. They are, of course, hard for a young child to point with and waggle independently, plus you run the risk of making a rude gesture with old Toby.
