Toilet Training
2 Answers
About to start toilet training my little girl who is 2.5... Any helpful suggestions or tips?
I've heard some people complete this in a week and other people say you can't teach a toddler bladder control in just 7 days?
So far I've kind of gone with my little girls lead....she has started telling me when she needs a wee, or has gone, she wears pull ups and when we've been at home for more than a couple hours, she has knickers on, and I keep asking her if She needs a wee and we've been quite successful, but wonder if I'm dragging process out this way..?

Best advise I was given was wait until the child is ready, sounds like your little one is. I forced my oldest, took months, next time round was advised to wait until ready, was done in a couple of days. It will happen, though I do think that pull ups still feel like nappies, so can take a bit longer to train, but that's just my opinion, they weren't around for my first 3, did try them for the last 2, but felt they didn't help the children, but were better for the parents, (since they contained any accidents).
