Do grandparents have any legal rights to visitation?

I know its a while since you asked this question but i am just in the process myself of trying to find an answer to this question, as my brothers ex is trying to restrict access between my neice and my parents - i think this is very unfair as my parents have not been involved in the split but are now being punished. Its disgusting how this can happen and how they can get away with it - All for fathers for justice!!
