babies bad tempered
Hi i have a 10 month old baby girl (my second child) who basically has been unsettled from the day she entered this world. with refux she is 10 months old she will hardly go to anyone else.
she is my little shadow everywhere i go she follows crawling behind( i try not to keep picking her up ).
although she is funny and beautiful and we adore her she is extreemly bad tempered (in our eyes) but my health visitor said that she is carrying out normal behaviour !!
She smacks, nips, pulls hair, throws her drink and toys at you if she does not want them, and if she wakes up in the night she screams for 1- 3 hrs i have done cc so do not comfort her physically but do check on her as recommended.
She seems to be full of mischief always up to no good and deliberatly goes for things that she knows will get are attention.
Are gp says that she is foward in herself and very clever, she certainly knows how to get our attention.
We just find her hard work most days as she cries alot full volumme foghorn never little sobs, the throwing things if she dos not want them through temper, nd carries out the smacking and nipping daily.
We always tell her no and do not spoil her by picking her up too much. All my family including my sister in law who has got 7 kids says they have never seen anything like it as even from newborn and being a young baby she never went to anyone.
Should we ignore her throwing things etc is the little monkey trying to get our attention or is she just one of those ill tempered darlings that will stand in the shop at two and stamp and quick her legs and embarass me like anything when she gets older help any advice from anyone in the same situation.
thanks
