Why has my 17 month old son got mouth alcers?
He is fed on a good diet, and has lots of fruit. he has his teeth brushed twice aday.
Iv just noticed on his tongue two little white spots (you no those really little ones that feel like golf balls on the end of your tongue!)
he seems happy enough in himself.. a bit grumpy (but thats not to odd for him!) and he is dribbling a lot.
Should I take him to the doctor?

Are you sure its not thrush? Babies are prone to oral thrush.

But if it is an ulcer dont worry, you can buy some over the counter remedies for babies.
mouth ulcers can also be caused by allegies. I'm allergic to malic acid which can often be found in some boiled sweets, and a variety of other things.
