Eye Colour

My adopted sister has dark brown hair and hazel eyes and is a quarter black (think that's correct way of saying). Her husband has almost black hair, dark brown eyes and looks very foreign in his appearance. they have 2 children, one looks an exact mix of them both and the other is complete opposite, blonde hair and blue eyes. I have always wondered if this is possible or could my nephew have a different father?

It is not possible for 2 blue eyed people to have a brown eyed child as they would have inherited only the recessive blue eye gene and have no brown gene at all or they would have brown eyes. Their children, therefore could only inherit the blue eye gene.
