can my baby have gravy added to homemade food at 8 months old or do u have a suggestion for an alternative i can use?

baby can have small amounts but watch the salt content.
I used things like home made cheese sauce instead or if food too dry a little bit of the veg cooking stock.
gravy has a little too much salt in, but if you look in boots they sell a baby gravy, last for ages so well worth it!

I used to avoid gravy on my babys dinner because of the high salt content. It does always look a bit dry without it though.
I do remember putting some expressed breast milk into my childrens dinner at around that age, as gravy is too salty. If you use formula you could try that as well? you only need a little bit to stop the food being too dry.
