Any one know of a decent site for new dads ?

Absolutely! Have to say the 'transition' from 'lad about town' to 'daddy' was a little hard at first. And the screaming did grind after a while... but over all, wouldn't change it for the world! Just one smile from my little angel, and all the sleepless nights are forgotten about :o).

new dad to Leo, 8 weeks on Sat ... not that i am counting ... !! Find it hard to not want him to grow up quicker so I we can be even more interactive ... but on the other hand that in itself brings other challanges !!

You'll not stop counting in weeks for a while yet I suspect. Something to do with the 9 months previous to the birth I think.

It is hard the first few months. A lot of tiredness and you don't get anything in return. It gets much better though. And easier. Most people I've spoken to said 'wait until they're talking / walking'.... Amy is walking now and my back feels a lot better ;o). Just trying to stop her banging her head on door posts and trying to open the oven when it's on...

Only advice I can give is just enjoy it. In 12 months you'll be wondering where the time went.
