Ive heard that changing the habits of the child can help. Have you tried gently waking her a little bit before 1am or even taking her to the toilet at that time so that then there is nothing to wake her fully for 4 hours?

As redcrx said has she alwars done this? can you think of a trigger that started it?
Consistency is the thing, Have a picture check list before she goes to bed, wee, juice, teeth, whatever you do etc, then you can show her you have done everything. When she wakes you are right to be firm and keep taking her back(providing she is obviously not ill or something) The first time you can show her the check list and she should realize it is tuff luck. You may have to keep putting her back but try not to say too much to her after the first time then she isnt getting the attention. Does she have a nappy at night? Maybe she needs potty in the room so she can have a wee and go back to bed.
Sorry but clear and consistent and you should make it. Sleepless nights come as a mega shock once you think they have gone dont they. Good luck xxxxx

sometimes she sleeps through sometimes she doesnt its been like this on and off for a few months, and i was thinking last night and was wondering if it had anything to do with me not letting her have a bottle anymore for bed,but she hasnt asked for it since.i dont speak to her i just put her back to bed if she says she wants a wee i take her and put her back to bed.im doing everything right but nothing seems to be working, then last night she only woke once i put her back and she went back off so ive got my fingers crossed shes getting the message now, thankyou to you all for the advice xx
