my daughter attends liverpool uni can she apply for a grant ... are they all means tested

I don't think grants are available anymore. I think they are student loans, which of course have to be paid back eventually.

Again, I am not sure if they are means tested ~ I think not, but maybe someone over on business and finance will know! I will have to check myself, as my daughter plans to go to Uni after college ends..
