h, my son is now 3 and when he hears loud noises he holds his ears and cries. he has only just started doing it, although he used to do it as a baby. we have a parrot and his squeek makes him cry. when he was a baby even someone sneezing would make him cry. i have had his ears checked but was told they were fine. has anyone else experienced this?

Could it just be sudden loud noises making him jump he doesnt like? I have known this in to be the case a some young children. He could also just have sensitive hearing and he is hearing certain noises louder and clearer than normal. Get his ears checked out again as it may be a case of whatever it is wasnt/couldnt be picked up when he was a baby, but may be picked up now.
