didnt know where else to post this question.does anyone know a web site my 13 year old daughter can use for her french homework,i'm neither use nor ornament as far as french goes.needs to b at least GCSE level thank u

You could try http://www.bbc.co.uk/languages/french. I am not sure whether it is the right level for your daughter.

You can use Babelfish for simple translations to and from French but PLEASE only use it for simple one- or two-word phrases (and even then only simple words) - otherwise your daughter's homework will be wrong!

french.about.com is an absolutely fantastic resource. Not just French language but culture, etc.

Another two useful websites for French translation are: www.wordreference.com, and http://dictionaries.travelang.com/EnglishFrench/ Although I would say, don't let your daughter come to rely upon these sites. Otherwise she might get lazy and not even try to remember any French language for herself.

erm... well i cant quite remember what its called but theres a site called free-translation.com or something like that. you could go to google and type it in there and see what comes up. Good luck!
