For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.You could try http://www.bbc.co.uk/languages/french. I am not sure whether it is the right level for your daughter.
You can use Babelfish for simple translations to and from French but PLEASE only use it for simple one- or two-word phrases (and even then only simple words) - otherwise your daughter's homework will be wrong!
Another two useful websites for French translation are:
www.wordreference.com, and
http://dictionaries.travelang.com/EnglishFrench/
Although I would say, don't let your daughter come to rely upon these sites. Otherwise she might get lazy and not even try to remember any French language for herself.
