Gastroenteritus - Advcie needed from Mums
My Son spent some time with a little girl yesterday, firstly in the park then at her home. When they were at her home she threw up. Tale end of Gastro.....
My son didn't go near it, typical 4 1/2 year old. But he woke up last night with a temp and was restless.
He is not himself this morning. I am very aware that my behaviour could influence his so i am acting as normal.
Am i being para, i am expecting him to throw up but can you catch Gastro.... that easily.
We are due to go out this morning to a play place should i go??or stay at home
Thanks Jo

If he has diarrhea or vommiting then he probably shouldn't be around other kids until he has been symptom free for 48 hours - thats what I was advised by the hospital and GP when my LO had something similar a few weeks ago.
Hope he's ok!
