baby with flem

my 3 month old has alot of flem at the moment that he cant get up. we were up almost all night with him as he cant settle. how can i help him?

Is he vomiting?

Is he gaining weight?

Is he coughing?

Put some damp towels on the radiators as it helps thin the secretions, also when my son had something similar I was told to lay my son across my knees and pat his back...hope baby is better soon

You can loosen the phlegm by running a scalding hot bath and sitting with in the bathroom with your son in the steam to dilute it.

yes, need to see Dr, but also you can help by patting back and using steam inhalation as the other folk have said
