Flower? Molly? Lily?
front-bottom LOL
mini
sixpence
we called girl bits winkie
Hi Boxtops, I like winkie - we have managed to avoid this one as I have never been able to think of something suitable.
a winky is a boys bits though. a minky and winky
a friend had twins.. the boy had a willy, the girl.. a willow!

I think we used the word "privates" with my daughter.
When my sister was little, the standard term was "fanny"
Strange idea here...... how about calling it..... The vagina?
I agree FC - and "penis" for boys.
I have noticed that the proper term seems to have replaced the term that was used in my childhood (willy).

my nephew calls his bob and he is highly amused when he meets someone called bob :-)

Thank you for all the replies i think the word vagina is a bit hard for a two year old but will pick a name from the list x
As it should be PA :)

What is the problem with using the "proper" name for body parts? it's generally not the child that's embarrassed about the name!
even now I dont call it vagina and its not out of embarrassment. I call it wanny :-)
Whoops - sorry CF ! I just cant help thinking of the spoonerism - I've got the lurgy so not quite as sharp as normal LOL
no worries AP, made me smile :)

4get, do you still have a "brooom brooom" parked on the drive? :)
yep :-) and sometimes I can hear the nee naws
When we said winkie for girls, it was always willie for boys. I think it confuses children (with apologies to other posters) if you call it by a name that's also something else eg flower. We all knew what winkie was, nothing else was called that.
