It didnt for me, i fell pregnant with my son within 2 months of trying, and fell pregnant with my daughter without even trying!
Some people do struggle to concieve but a lot of times there are other factors as well.
It didn't for me either! I didn't have a tilt until after the births of my first two children.

I fell pregnant immediately with my last two ~ despite the tilt (my last pregnancy was very unplanned!) when I was trying for my second baby it took almost a year..and I didn't have the tilt yet.

Thanks guys - Your comments are greatly appreciated ! me & my partner are currently trying but not having much luck at the moment ! Already had a miscarriage but not sure if this was linked to my cervix being titled.
Oh, i am sorry for your loss, and good luck and lots of baby dust to you x
i have a tilted cervix but have 5 beautiful children so no it shouldnt affect your chances of having a baby, best of luck to you.
my mum was told after her 4th child that he had tilted her cervix (he was nearly 9 pounds, the other three being around 5-6 pound, and herself only being 5 feet tall weighing 7 stone pre pregnancy) She was told that due to this she would never conceive again. (which at the time was music to my mum's ears!!!) yet along i came 13 years later when she was 38 years old. the word shock didn't cover it. So i would say no, your chances of conceiving probably aren't reduced having a tilted cervix. Lots of baby luck to you. x
