Big pants!!!!

I am in a quandry, I haven't bought any maternity clothes yet but will have to in the next month I guess. So my question is - do I have to buy big knickers??????? I mean ones that will come over my bump and right up to my b00bs or smaller ones that sit under the bump.

I know it is all down to personal preference but was just wondering, God I'm bored!

Hi psychick the only scan I have had was the 12 week scan. They also did a scan for the amnio but I asked the doctor if she could tell what sex it was but she said it was too early (16 weeks). When I got the initial results on Monday I again asked if they knew the sex but the nurse said that it would only be determined by the second set of results in two weeks time. I recall reading somewhere that some health boards dont say what the sex is from the scans in case mistakes are made so I guess I will just have to wait. I reckon its a boy, have no idea why, just think it is.

How are you doing? Do you know the sex of babypsychick yet?

Incidentally, I saw on a website t'other day some maternity thongs, quite how they are different from normal thongs i couldn't suss out, but there ya go!

Im not doing as well as you by the sounds of things!! lol Everything is actually going well, Ive just become a whinger! lol At 16 weeks Im still being sick most days but at least now it just seems to be the morning and not 24 hours a day. Im still easily shattered but again, its not as bad as it was.Sleeping is getting easier too, only waking a couple of times to use the toilet. I really have no reason to whinge but Im becoming so good at it and it gives me something to do! lol
I was asked at my 12 week scan if I wanted to know the sex if he could tell. This caught me off guard as I know they dont normally ask til the second scan. After stumbling, we said we would like to know but after all that, he couldnt tell yet. I still cant decide if I really want to know though lol I think its a boy, not sure why.

Morning warpig , glad your amnio was clear , and that you are feeling a bit stronger . Take things easy . :-)
My neice , my sisters girl, was due on monday and had a sweep on tuesday , so we are all just waiting to hear :-)
