This could be nothing as it may be roughly the time for your normal period and these things can happen. But obviously you would be concerned. If you are truly concerned you should contact your GP and seek advice.
slight cramps are norml and are where the ligaments are softening.

Have you called your GP?
It may just be implantaion bleeding which is normal. As redcrx has said, it is normal to get cramps during pregnancy, I have had them and Im now 28 weeks pregnant. The best thing to do to set your mind at ease is contact you doctor or, if you have a contact number, your midwife.

i havent called my GP/midwife as i dont have one yet! only found out this week and wasnt 100% on keeping it..i now am and have an appointment next week to get everything sorted. just sort of worrying abit...theres so much to read about it all and so much conflicting things written its hard!
you dont have a GP? You wont get a bokking appointment with a midwife until about 9 weeks, thats standard.

Try calling to see if theres anyone at your hospitals Early pregnancy unit to talk to.

I honestly think that a GP is unlikely to do anything other than tell you to relax, keep fluids up and wait.
Do you not have a GP? You can still call him/her and they may even give a number for the midwife you will have or you could try calling your hospital or NHS direct.
I had this as well and was told to go to my A&E who fast track you to the EPU. Don't worry too much though, I bled a little each day for 5 weeks and they could find no reason for this. I am now 38 weeks pregnant and getting very excited about the birth!

Good luck
