Anyone trying ....,had a sperm test and come back with bad sperm morphology ?? And if so....... and tips to improve ?

Yes, I had a bad result for this.

They told me that they would do a best of 3 test and the 2nd & 3rd tests were better but still not perfect.

Loose trousers, don't put your mobile between your legs, keep cool down there, etc etc.

BTW, not long after the tests, we got pregnant and now have a smashing 7mth old boy.
