When I was young I knew a set of twins who were born in a leap year on the 29th Feb(just before midnight) and 1st March. They celebrated both birthdays on March 1st every year.
As I was due 25th February, this is something that had regulary crossed my mind and I had decided that had baby come on the 29th, we would have celebrated her birthday on the 28th each year as my birthday is the 1st March and I didnt want to share it lol
bMy daughter is 16 on 28th February and was born at 6.18pm so missed leap year by only a few hours.

Her friend is on the 29th and celebrates on the 28th but she loves telling everyone she will be 4 years old this year!!
One of my oldest friends is a leap year baby- she will be 7 this week! She celebrates her non leap year birthdays on both the 28th and the 1st as she says says she deserves 2 days as she only gets a proper birthday every 4 years!
