my period is on a 21 day cycle, and is never late. however it is this month by 2 weeks and 2 days. i took a pregnancy test and it was negative but the past 3 days i have been ill in the mornings.

It is possible. You can get false negatives on pregnancy tests, sometimes there isn't enough pregnancy hormone to give a positive result. Try doing a pregnancy test first thing in the morning as this is when your hormone levels are at their highest. If still negative then see a doctor, there are many reasons for late periods other than pregnancy. Daffi x

you dont say when yout took the test, it may have been too early.

The instructions will often advise you to test again in a week if negative and if youve not had period.
