Aches and pains updated!
My aches and pains in the night got worse over past few days and there is only a certain amount of walking like John Wayne I can do without losing my sense of humour about it!
Well been to see GP and had a medical, which she said I have Symphasis Pubis Dysfunction. which from all the bumf I had about it... I guess I have loose hips!
It could get better... worse... be a bit painful.... be very painful... who knows!!!
I have to see a physio, but couldn't get hold of them as the phone line only opens for 3 hours a day and was engaged for the whole of it... ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!
I'm not a happy little weeble today! : - (

The physio will give you a list of do's and dont's and offer you a support bandage which is a large tubi grip bandage. I personally found it made things worse for me as it put too much pressure on my hips and lower back. Sleep with a pillow or two between your knees. I found this was the biggest of help. Not everyone gets it bad but some get it so bad they are given crutches to help them walk. Mine was so much better straight after my daughter was born but 4 weeks on, I still have some pain at times but it is definately easing.
