Im not sure exactly what you are after but during pregnancy I attended check ups with the midwife at the clinic and routine scans at the hospital. I didnt go to any ante natal classes this time, mainly because I was never told when/ where they were. It didnt worry me not going as this was my 2nd pregnancy. I had baby in hospital. The only service I use now is the weekly clinic where I can go to weigh/measure her and speak to a health visitor about any concerns I may have. I only go once a fortnight at the moment and as baby gets older, I will go once a month until she is about a year old.

Is this of any use or I have got it wrong lol
I wrote a long answer to this yesterday but site crashed and it didn't appear! Grrr....

I am currently 39+4 and I have attended all my routine appts with my midwife or GP at my local GP surgery, both my 12 and 20 week scans were done at the local hospital, and when I had to have my blood pressure checked during an evening one night last week I had to go to the hospital to see the midwife (although she said she could come out to me at home, it was quicker for me to get to her!). I intend to have the baby at the local hospital, and as for care after that I have no idea as it will be my first baby and I don't know what happens just yet! Hope this helps, not really sure if that's the sort of thing you were looking for?
for my first i used

community midwives
hospital for scans
hospital for giving birth
after the birth:
midwife care every other day for 10 days then health visitor once at home and then every 4 weeks for 5 months. Then Health visitor for 6 month check and 2 yr check (both a few months late)

This pregnancy has been the same so far apart from hospital to check diabetes (gestatonal) and extra scans.
