hi SKA.

It varies considerably from woman to woman.

The time when the uterus starts to be felt over the pubic bone is approx 12 weeks.

With my first i was obviously pregnant at 14 weeks, with my second about 10 weeks.

Weight is gained at different rates or not at all. Some women carry and dont even show and some (like me) look full term at 5 months.

I'll ditto that, Redcrx. I didn't really show until about 7 months! K Jnr was transverse but then turned & everything was fine, including an amazingly quick birth (2 hours in labour, not bad for a first baby, eh, considering I was 36 when I had him!).

I found out my sister is expecting last night I�ve suspected it for a while now (by the way she was acting) so was wondering I�m I a bad sister who hasn�t noticed any physical changes or has it not showed yet.
She�s 4 months along apparently!! And still hasn�t told me, she�s told our other two sisters though!!

she already has pics and she'd showed them to your younger sister, I've just been talking to my best frind about it and I said 'she's a cow' quite a few times - I think she doesn't like me!!!

No I think I like �not knowing� otherwise she�d expect everyone to run around after her even more then she usually does!! Anyway I�m sure she�ll tell me in her own time � well I�m going to �find out� one day!!

Hi Ska, I didn't show until I was about 5/6months pregnant, I think subsequent pregnancies tend to show bigger and earlier

lol Thats what I was thinking red!

For me, with my first, I didnt start showing til about 5 months and even then it wasnt obvious all the time. With my second though I was showing from 3 months but I was alot bigger with my second than with my first. I gained twice as much weight!

OMG I think she�ll be such a nightmare with a child I can just see her now calling up private schools as soon as it�s born to reserve a place for it, I think she�s cheesed off because she never went to one!!
Anyway I proved my point I�m slightly offended because she hasn�t told me yet!!

Psy, I would stand forcing my belly out as far as I could in the (pityful) hope that people would notice! I made up for it in the last month though and spent everyday wearing pretty much the same thing because I was too enormous to fit in anything else!
