not sure about andrews salts.

i swore by sweetcorn, worked every time.

keep up your fluid intake and eat lots of veggies etc.

Go to your local Health shop and get some linseed, and just sprinkle on your cereal, or alternatively make a past salad:-
use, pasta
onion
sweetcorn
tuna
cucumber
all mixed with a bit of mayo, works a treat!!!!
sorry that was meant to say pasta salad!
I had the same problem. Loads of water and get a bottle of Lactose syrup from the Doctors. You can also buy it over the counter. It was the midwife who told me to give it a go. Its really sweet but does the job.
same here. had a small one today since wed last week...been & got some fibre gel drink from boots ...its ok to take when preggy.
prunes, popcorn, ginger beer, poor you such a horrible feeling, i would advise to stay away from anything whilst pregnant ie andrews if you arent sure
Pop to your docs and see what they suggest , be careful what you take - constipation is awful , couldnt imagine having that whilst pregnant ooo
