Hi! My husband and I have decided to start trying for a baby in June. Has anyone got any tips or advice or just anything that we should consider?
Fingers crossed!

firstly dont set yourself any goals. If you go into this with your mind fixed on being pregnant by a certain date you may stress yourself and make it harder to conceive.

if you want tips on making it easier then the usual eating healthily, cutting back or quitting drinking, smoking etc. Start taking folic acid when you start trying too.

i fell easily with my 2 and i can pinpoint it to 3am sex lol. the fact that i didnt get up, walk around, go to loo etc helped the vital stuff stay in situ.

Thanks, that's really good advice. I'll def start with the folic acid etc. I'm excited but scared too! I'm not scared of the baby but of the pregnancy as I just don't know what to expect. x
lol. it can be daunting, but plenty of ladies on here will help and midwives are great.
both of mine were "accidents" we werent actually planning them so i didnt have the time to worry about pregnancy til it happened.

3am sex is now banned in our house pmsl

Ha ha! Sounds like 3am sex is the answer! Sure hubby won't mind. I was surprised he agreed to it. We've only been married for 6months (part of the reason for waiting to start till june) but I've always wanted kids. Ive been ready for ages! He said he'll never feel totally ready so we may as well go for it! I don't think I'll ever feel totally prepared but bring it on, I say! x
all the best then helster.
i fell with my first 8 weeks after meeting my fella, we couldnt have been happier and now we have a little boy whos 3 and a baby girl whos 7 months old.
my advice would be dont plan just have sex like you usuaally would and if its meant to happen it will happen good luck x
