Sorry - I couldn't find anything that worked but it miraculously stopped after 12 weeks.
I think ginger is suppose to help. Try having a ginger biscuit when you get up.

Eating little and often can help too.
It will pass...hang on in there.
Mind you to this day I can't smell Bold washing powder without feeling queasy - for some reason when I was in pig the smell of Bold made me upchuck!

I'll try ginger & see if it helps, if not hopefully around 12/14 weeks I've been told I should start feeling better.

Roll on my 12 week scan on the 20Th Jan!
Don't hold your breath. I was sick right til the end :-(
Like craft, my all day sickness ( dunno why it's called morning sickness) just stopped after 4 months. I used to have dry crackers or ginger biscuits and I could'nt look at bald men else I would chuck up:-))
Sorry to hear about your Morning Sickness K82. I have been very fortunate that I've not had a day of sickness or nausea during my pregnancy. I'm now 16 weeks plus 5 days.

Good luck with your 12 week scan.
aw poor you but it will hopefully pass! like the others have said the ginger bics, and plain foods little and often, also anything you can stomach if it takes your fancy, i had my hub racing to get me battered sausage and chips when i was pregnant with our first then ate literally one bite when i had it! just remember that sickness is a fab sign of a healthy baby, just ask your midwife!
hey there! i had nausea so bad for the first 3 months, but i found polos and chewing gum, and orange juice really helped, as well as water. but particularly mint things, oh also foxes fruit sweets. its really a horrible feeling, but when it goes you get to really enjoy the pregnancy! i have only 10 weeks left!!

Thank you all so much for your help & advice! I spoke to my mid-wife who agreed morning sickness is a good sign!

I've tried the ginger bickies & no good. Once I eat a little I feel better so trying to eat little & often.

Thanks all agin & wish me luck for the 20Th, can't wait to hear the heartbeat! x
i suffered terrible morning sickness up to about 16 weeks but what i found really helped was the acupressure bands that you can buy. they work for travel sickness etc my midwife reccomended them to me and i found them a god send.
aww bless! i had that up untill 13 weeks :o( i was never actually sick and the sickness feeling stayed day in day out all day all night!!

dont worry tho it will go away, tho i cant think of anything that made me feel better tho i did notice the less i ate the worse i felt, i had to force myself to eat sometimes to try and make my self feel a little less ill, it was weird i didnt feel hungy but my stomach rumbled like mad, just try and eat small things every few hours, might help keep the sickness in tact a bit!

good luck and congrats on the pregnancy! xx
I found eating a plain jacket potato with a little butter, really helped me. I was on occassion still sick after eating, but if its possible to imagine, it made it a quick "clean" sickness, and i felt fine again immediately after.
