Congratulations Carron. We decided not to tell anyone until after my 12 week scan.

Mine is due tomorrow, time does fly by. Make sure you eat well, rest well and take your Folic Acid.

ohhhh, any twinges yet? you must be pacing the floors!!!

i'm trying to keep my mouth shut but i'm not very good at it at the best of times.

with my first i was about 9 weeks or so when i found out so i didn't have long to wait before i could tell people. this is going to be a long 8 weeks

No twinges yet Carron, I'm booked in for a Sweep next week, he seems quite comfortable where he is, but it's getting very tiring lugging my huge lump around.

Charisse, the difference is, she doesn't know anyone here and sometimes, you just need to tell someone. Most people want to wait until their first scan before confiding their good news to friends and family, just in case. It's a bit harsh to say it's sad!

Charisse unfortunately is one of those bitter and twisted types on here, who is rude and obnoxious for no reason.

I've met with the sharp end of her tongue before after she called me a liar, when I posted about my deceased mother being ill treated by ambulance crew.

Hope everything goes smoothly with your pregnancy. Any Morning Sickness yet? I haven't had any.

my goodness. i've been away for a month so not been keeping up to date with the going ons of the AB but thats terrible.

no sickness yet. just waiting for it to kick in!!! i had it quite bad with my first but grateful now because i was still lighter than what i was before i fell pregnant when I was 40 weeks.

thats good you've had nothing. its the worst feeling ever. i felt like i had a permanent hangover and nothing i could do would cure it

they do say every pregnancy is different so fingers crossed the sickness never comes

congratulations carron, with both my pregnancies i intended to keep quiet until my scans but i was so excited and happy i ended up telling everyone by my 6th week lol, good luck, and look after yourself xxx

Congratulations - the only people we told was my best friend's mum - well actually I was round her house and she said you're pregnant aren't you? I said not that I know and took a test and I was.

Happened both times - very spooky
