Has anyone got any tips on how to help settle morning sickness. Im about 10weeks pregnant and really seem to be suffering! sometimes its not to bad where as other days i feel like crap allday. Im not sick all the time, just feel like i need to be so find myself running to the loo every 5mins!! appreciate any advice! x
Have you tried travel sickness wrist bands? I had terrible morning sickness and tried everything ginger biscuits, ginger tea, toast, etc etc nothing worked until I tried travel sickness bands. I never took them off for about 4 months lol, they were brilliant, the sick feeling just went away. You can get them from most chemists for about �4.00. Good luck!
Mines in the evening, so i have got into a routine, i have something to eat when i get in and im usually ill before tea, i have not tried the bands but seriously thinking of getting of some! Good luck honey, it sucks but apparently it does go!
thanks girls, think ill try the wrist bands. would never have thought of using them as i thought they were for travel sickness!!! its hard because im such a fussy eater, i know that ginger tea etc wont help lol! i've found that i tend to start feeling sick when i start getting hungry! Dont want to end up eating too much tho! The only thing i do like about morning sickness is that apparently its a sign everything should be going ok!!
firewatch-apparenty it does go at about 14-16weeks but for some it can last the whole pregnancy ( so i've read) just hope that isn't he case for me! x
definately get the travel bands they really help and try and eat something every hr r so or just keep things that you can just nibble on constantly. w shouldnt worry about eating too mucha s i fould this was the time i lost so much weight while i was having the sickness, if you take a notion for eating a particular thing have it, it may just make you feel better, my thing was a mad taste for those pasta n sauce things! made my mum drive to shop and bring me them to my house cos it was only thing i could stomach that particlar day.
