Again, ur going to get sick of me asking but i am never sure!!! First proper preg and all that!
Got my bounty pack today, makes it feel more real in a way. Anyways with the notes can i fill in some of it myself, cos i know all about the medical history from both sides becasue my mil explained alot last week when she was here.
so can i diy or do i have to wait???

Do you mean the patient held notes (green booklet) from the midwife?

My midwife asked me to fill in the first 3 pages before the booking apointment where she went through it all with me adding to what I'd put/filling in anything I'd missed.
