fathers seeing his son
1 Answers
my ex and i split up a year ago when we split we aranged that my ex would have our son from saturday at 10 till sunday and my ex's mum had him for one afternoon a week for me to work.Over the past year he has let us both down due to wanting to go out drinking. Also in the past year he has only given me about £50 even though he is in full time work, after a year of asking for regular money and not getting it i rang the csa to which he got mad and said he would see our son when he wanted but not on the days we arranged which would leave me unable to work beacause in his words he wanted"to screw me over to"After this happened he went a week without seeing him then said he will have him in a day time but not a evening cause of a party then 5 minutes before i dropped our son round he cancelled leaving our son very dissapointed, after this i got in touch with solicitor who sent a letter asking if he was willing to have him on days he's had him for the past year , to which he said he didn't have to reply too. The weekend after he had him on the saturday but took our son to the pub and got drunk while looking after him and i had to go pick him up.I then got another letter sent stopping him from seeing him but only untill we sort something out offically so we all know where we are and my son isn't left dissapointed, but he still won't reply to any letters and just wants to see him when he fancies what do i do now????

Would your ex's mum take care whilst you went to work? How well do you get on with her. Don't shut her out just because of the dipstick.
